Provided project development and construction management to permit and construct:
  • one - 30MM BBI #2 diesel storage tank,
  • redesign and construct new automated petroleum and liquid fertilizer loading facilities,
  • replace and upgrade marine and inter-terminal pipelines to facilitate more efficient distribution by barge, truck and rail.
